I’m Coach Esprit, a former professional athlete, speaker, and lifelong coach. I spent over 21 years coaching high school athletics, with my final seven years serving as an Athletic Director. Over those decades, I worked with athletes who had the desire, the talent, and the work ethic to play at the next level, but far too many lacked something critical:
I watched families struggle.
I watched athletes guess.
I watched opportunities slip away, not because kids weren’t good enough, but because no one was truly guiding them.
That never sat right with me.
I’ve coached and guided numerous athletes to the collegiate and professional levels, but I knew the truth:
As a coach, I could only help so many.
In 2019, after stepping down from coaching, I made a decision, not to join another recruiting service, but to build something completely different.
Pro 7 Sports Recruiting Agency was created with one mission:
We don’t believe recruiting ends when an athlete signs a National Letter of Intent.
Life and growth starts after that.
